Brushes Koti Alphahon Brush - Ideal for surface grinding or surface finishing, deburring and edge rounding, such as cylinder and piston surfaces, drilled holes, pipes, valve guides and a wide variety of other applications. They are mainly used in the automotive, hydraulics and pneumatics, aerospace and weapons industries.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Alphahon brushes are versatile thanks to a complex technical principle. Flexible performance is based on bristle tips that contain globules made from bonded abrasives. This makes Alphahon brushes an especially resilient, flexible tool with outstanding product characteristics.
The flexible bristles provide a clean finish without metal fragments, burrs, edges and dirt. The relatively soft sanding process provided by a flexible brush results in cross-over. And this maintains any lubricating film adhesion that may be required later, for example for the oil in the cylinders.
The flexibility of the self-centering abrasive ball brush is also one of the most outstanding features of the product, allowing it to adapt to irregular holes. They can create a uniform, finely ground surface - even in non-concentrated drilled holes.
