Bore brushes

Brushes are used for cleaning pipes, holes, internal cavities of hollow objects from dust, paint, rust, product residues and other contaminants. They are also used for deburring cross drilled holes in finished parts. We offer metal and synthetic brushes. Due to the fact that there are a lot of tasks that are put before the brushes and each one needs an individual approach, we offer pile from various materials, as well as different diameters. We provide a choice of synthetic fibers for special requirements. We produce only high-quality professional brushes.

The minimum diameter of the hole to be machined is 0.7 mm, the maximum reaches 150 mm (but with large diameters, the stiffness of the pile is lost). Our brushes are made with different shanks: internal and external thread (brushes for a drill), hexagon, hinge, plastic or wooden handle. The opposite end can be standard truncated, looped, or rounded. Brushes rounded end brushes are used to clean blind holes without scratching the walls of the hole.

We offer brushes for cleaning the inner surface of pipes with a thread and a flexible rod. Length: 1 meter.

Bore brushes for special sanitary standards

We supply brushes for the food industry and laboratories. They are used for cleaning test tubes, vials, dispensers, bottles, etc. The rod of these brushes is made of 304L stainless steel, nap - polyester or other on request. Five colors are available: white, blue, yellow, red and green. We have extensive experience in the production of bottle cleaners.

The picture on the left shows the brushes with a stainless steel rod and food grade nylon pile. Made with a rounded end to avoid scratching the bottom of the hole. For manual use.
