General purpose strip brushes

A strip brush (or sealing brush) consists of a U-shaped steel strip (1), usually galvanized or stainless steel (sometimes brass or aluminum), a rod (2) made of the same material, placed in a U-strip. The pile is laid between the strip and the core. Both edges of the strip are compressed to form a strip brush. The brush is then inserted into the mounting profile or holder (4) for easy installation.

For some applications, the bristles of the strip brush are replaced or mixed with rubber, neoprene, EPDM or PVC, etc.

For door sealing we offer a special Stribo Seals Series.

The HT dimension corresponds to the total height of the strip brush with or without a mounting profile. This individual size in each case depends on the size S - the height of the pile of the sealing brush. Sometimes the pile height can be up to one meter!

Assortment of strip brushes

Strip brushes are available in a variety of sizes for a maximum number of applications. ШThe U-band width of the sealing brush may vary slightly depending on the material used, the pile diameter and the application. Pile is available in a wide range of lengths and materials.

All profiles we offer can be cut to the required length, with holes and grooves to order. Aluminum profiles are available in three colors: matt uncoated, anodized silver and anodized bronze. Other colors of anodic coating or painting (RAL palette) on request. You can consult us for the supply of special strip brush holders.

Today the standard stock items are STRIBO PRO sealing brushes with polypropylene bristles and horsehair strip brushes.

Stribo Pro are strip sealing brushes consisting of an aluminum profile (sometimes plastic) and a high quality UV coated polypropylene sealing brush. The applications for the Stibo Pro are endless: from the simplest applications (sealing against air, light or dust, soundproofing) to very complex and unusual applications (direction of travel, stopping.

By combining different pile heights, three different shapes (H, F and Y) and colors (uncoated, anodized silver and anodized bronze) profiles, the Stribo Pro series of sealing brushes offers about a hundred possible combinations.

Stribo Pro are supplied in a standard length of 1 meter. The required length (up to 3 meters) can be produced on request. Please contact us for specific needs. On request, we offer varnish and color of your choice and brushes with UV protection.

The profile number corresponds to the number of the suitable sealing brush.
The brush can be supplied with or without a profile.
All standard stock items are 1 meter long.
